UX for making reservations to go to work sucks. I need to do 9 clicks every single day
Opted for the electronic W-2 instead of paper. Can't download 2021 Tax W-2 document, despite being on the most up to date app version and phone software version. Disappointing
Unusable right now. "Sorry something went wrong" and then it logs me out when I try to select anything from the menu.
Can't access any medical care still, 4 days after reporting issue
I cannot log into the app to access my insurance cards, and this app is the only way I have to access them. Everytime I log in, it kicks me back out to the login page and tells me "sorry something went wrong". It has been doing this for hours.
Started out liking the app and thought the concept of the care concierge was pretty cool. Howver I quickly learned that it takes them days, if not weeks, to perform simple tasks. Basically came to the conclusion that having the app is way more stressful than not having it, and that says a lot for a wellness app.
Cant use
Not really very helpful. Very short and uncaring. Slow to get things done. My HR department would refer me to Sequoia and they always referred me back to my HR, so nothing was ever handled or resolved .
This app crashes every time I try to upload a document for fsa reimbursement
App is great, but unfortunately the password situation is messed up. My work email + password gets me into the app, but on the website, I login with my username + OLD password. It should be standardized across all your entry points.
